We may retain transaction details such as the payer’s name, payment date, amount, currency and transaction reference for administrative, accounting and legal purposes.

9. PUBLICATION OF RESULTS

The names, categories, countries and awards of Final Round winners may be published on the official competition website.

Selected winners may also be invited to have their photograph, biography, performance video or achievement featured on the website. Where additional permission is required, we will request it from the participant or, in the case of a minor, their parent or legal guardian.

Published results may remain available as part of the Competition’s historical archive.

10. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

The Competition operates internationally. Jury members and service providers may be located in different countries.

Where personal information is transferred internationally, we will take reasonable steps to ensure that it is protected through appropriate contractual, organisational or legal safeguards.

11. HOW LONG WE KEEP INFORMATION

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
