1. AWARD ELIGIBILITY
Only candidates who complete their Final Round registration and participate in the Final Round will be eligible for an award.
The Preliminary Round is a qualifying stage conducted solely to determine whether an applicant is eligible to advance to the Final Round. No awards or certificates will be granted on the basis of the Preliminary Round.
2. OVERALL WINNER
The participant who receives 100 points will be named the Overall Winner of this edition.
The selection will be based on artistic standard, technical or compositional command, musical understanding, individuality and overall quality of the submission.
The Overall Winner will receive:
- A cash prize of €200
- An official electronic certificate
- A personalised Overall Winner banner, which will be displayed on the homepage of the official competition website
A score of 100 points is reserved exclusively for the Overall Winner. The jury reserves the right not to award 100 points or select an Overall Winner if no participant reaches the required artistic standard.
3. AWARD LEVELS
Final Round submissions will be assessed on a scale of 100 points. Awards will be granted according to the following score ranges:
GRAND PRIZE — 96–99 POINTS
Awarded to participants who demonstrate an exceptional level of technical command, musical understanding, artistic individuality and overall presentation in instrumental performance, vocal performance, conducting or composition.
Each Grand Prize recipient will receive an official electronic certificate and a personalised Grand Prize banner, which will be displayed on the official competition website.
PLATINUM AWARD — 91–95 POINTS
Awarded for an outstanding instrumental performance, vocal performance, conducting submission or composition that demonstrates a consistently high artistic standard.
Each Platinum Award recipient will receive an official electronic certificate and a personalised award poster.
GOLD AWARD — 85–90 POINTS
Awarded for a highly accomplished instrumental performance, vocal performance, conducting submission or composition demonstrating strong technical and musical qualities.
Each Gold Award recipient will receive an official electronic certificate and a personalised award poster.
SILVER AWARD — 80–84 POINTS
Awarded for a commendable instrumental performance, vocal performance, conducting submission or composition demonstrating clear musical ability and artistic potential.
Each Silver Award recipient will receive an official electronic certificate.
BRONZE AWARD — 75–79 POINTS
Awarded for a promising instrumental performance, vocal performance, conducting submission or composition deserving recognition and encouragement.
Each Bronze Award recipient will receive an official electronic certificate.
Final Round participants who receive fewer than 75 points will not be granted an award.
4. WINNER BENEFITS
Final Round winners will receive:
- An official electronic certificate
- Publication of their name, category and award on the official competition website
- The opportunity for selected winners to have their photograph and achievement featured on the official competition website
Electronic certificates will be sent to winners by email after the results have been announced.
5. RESULTS AND CERTIFICATES
The list of Final Round winners will be published on the official competition website.
Final Round winners will receive an electronic certificate. Awards are granted according to the artistic standard of each submission and are not determined by the number of participants in a category.
The jury may select more than one winner at the same award level.
The name of the Overall Winner, if selected, will be announced together with the Final Round results.
6. TEACHER RECOGNITION
Teachers of prize-winning participants may request an electronic Teacher Recognition Certificate in acknowledgement of their contribution to the participant’s musical development.
A Teacher Recognition Certificate does not constitute a competition award and does not carry any monetary value.
7. IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Awards are granted according to the artistic standard of each submission and are not determined by the number of participants in a category.
Participants compete within their respective categories and age groups. The Overall Winner may be selected from any competition category or age group.
The jury may grant the same award to more than one participant. The jury also reserves the right to withhold an award if the required artistic standard is not reached.
The €200 cash prize is reserved exclusively for the Overall Winner. Other Grand Prize recipients will receive the applicable electronic certificate and website recognition but will not automatically receive a cash prize.
All decisions of the jury are final and cannot be appealed.
The organisers reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the awards where necessary. Any important changes will be announced on the official competition website.
